Q. I’ve seen the prices for PR and SEM firms, why are yours so cheap? How can you afford to make a good quality product so fast at such cheap prices?
A. Our proprietary system and materials were developed by a team of PR professionals and search engine marketing specialists who took what they typically do for clients and automated the process. Since the client simply answers a series of questions, the time is cut down considerably, yet you still get agency quality materials, search marketing and press releases. Q. Do I need experience in public relations or search marketing in order to use WebPRpro?
A. No, that’s the beauty of WebPRpro. You need no PR experience, no search marketing experience, no writing experience at all. You just need to answer a few questions about your company, offerings and yourself.
Q. What if I don’t want the whole kit? What if I only want a few pieces of it?
A. WebPRpro provides an Essentials Program that we know is the best way to jumpstart your PR and search marketing program. Even if you have some of the components provided in the WebPRpro Essentials program, we advise that these are updated and refreshed every so often so chances are you need the refreshed media and search marketing materials and reports. However, we also provide a press release and distribution only package if you really only need an optimized news release with distribution to top media outlets. Additionally, we offer an expanded package for customers attending a tradeshow. Click the link for more information. Once you have purchased any of our programs, you are a WebPRpro member and can then come back and choose from a variety of individual press releases, press kit components, marketing tools and seminars. All exclusively available to our WebPRpro members.
Q. Is the information I give to WebPRpro private and secure?

Q. Why do I need public relations?
A. Public relations is the best way to communicate to your audiences in an unfiltered and credible way and build recognition for you organization, product, service or program – even yourself. PR typically has a higher “believability” factor than advertising – and usually costs a lot less because news is free! Press releases, articles and directories, all enable you to communicate your value proposition to your audiences. These days, online PR enables you to speak directly to your customers like never before – just imagine them researching you on Google or Yahoo! and seeing press releases about you from many different websites and media publication sites. It’s powerful!
Q. Why do I need SEM?
A. Have you ever heard the saying “build it and they will come”? Well it only works for baseball fields in the movies. Simply developing a website is not enough to get visitors to your website. It’s not as if your website is like a billboard on a cyber super highway and everyone on the Web will see you. There are millions of sites and billions of people searching for those sites based on search terms. Those search terms are matched by the search engines such as Google and Yahoo! to the sites that best fit their search. Plus, the search engine ranks your website on lots of other things such as back links from popular sites to your site. SEM helps by developing the right mix of key words, searchability and back links to ensure people are looking for you can find you!

Q. Do I need any special computer configurations to use the materials?
A. No, just a simple PC or Apple computer, Microsoft WORD, and access to the Internet.
Q. Can I change the materials after they’re produced like the wording or layout and fonts?
A. Yes, we provide ample time for you to review and provide corrections or changes.
Q. What if I don’t like the materials once they’re produced? Can I return it and get a refund?
A. Yes, we have a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your materials you can return them for your money back (less any hard costs for distributing your press release over a news wire).
Q. If I really like something, like my bio, can I make lots of copies of it without downloading the kit again?
A. Yes, we provide all of your materials to you in a WORD format so you can save on your computer and print on demand.
Q. Do I get all of my materials off the internet? Do I get anything “hardcopy”?
A. No, we deliver everything electronically so you can use it on your Website and over the Internet. You can save the materials on your computer and print when you need them.
Q. What if I don’t have a website?
A. WebPRpro is not recommended for those businesses that don’t have a website. You will be unable to take advantage of all our benefits. We recommend that if you are in business today, you must have a website to compete.
Q. How long do I get to keep my materials? Is there a time limit? Am I “renting” the information from WebPRpro?
A. Once you pay for your materials they are yours to keep and use to promote your company.
Q. I have a very small business. Is this still beneficial for me?
A. Yes! We believe all businesses can benefit from online PR and search marketing. If your budget is small, PR is a great way to build your brand reputation and increase traffic to your Website. WebPRpro PR materials and SEM tools are there to help you make a big splash, no matter how small you are.
Q. I work at a very large business. Is this still beneficial for me?

Q. I really want to attend one of your upcoming workshops, but can’t on the time/day it’s scheduled. Can I get a copy of it?

Q. I got my materials back and I noticed a lot of words I used aren’t in there. Why?
A. Our team of experienced and highly skilled editors likely worked on your materials and offered a version that they felt would appeal to editors and your audience better. You can call our customer support line if you have any questions about WebPRpro materials.
Q. How do I measure results after I distribute my news release and start using the media kit?
A. We recommend that you look at your website’s analytics (reports) to see how your site traffic is doing. WebPRpro will also send you reports about distribution and pick up of our press releases, as well as search engine status. We also recommend that you set up a Google alert (go to Google for instructions) to set up an automated alert system any time your name or your company name is mentioned on the Internet. Hint: create a Google alert for your competitors and your best customers as well. It’s a great intelligence gatherer.
Q. The media kit and news releases are great, but I’m ready for more PR strategy, what do you recommend?
A. We recommend that you hire a good PR practitioner or marketer with a solid reputation and ask for guidance. You can always attend our teleseminars and webinars too!
