WebPRpro stands by the quality of the materials produced by our proven, proprietary process. If you are not completely satisfied with materials created by WebPRpro, you can request a full refund by calling us toll-free at 877.4.WebPRpro (877.493.2777) during our normal business hours of 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. PST. If we cannot solve your issue to your satisfaction, WebPRpro will refund your purchase. All refund requests must be made within 60 days of purchase. When the refund has been processed, you will not be able to use the materials and all copyrights for the materials produced by WebPRpro will revert back to WebPRpro.

Refunds for teleseminars and webinars with a fee will be granted if the student drops out of the class no less than 48 hours prior to the start of the class. Students can also be credited for the class if they are unable to make the class or if they exit the class early. The credit will cover any WebPRpro teleseminar or webinar of equal or lesser value. Classes where the student participates in 50% or more of the class cannot be refunded or credited.

Please note: News wire fees cannot be refunded except in unusual cases when there was a flaw in distribution or significant errors in the news release. WebPRpro also cannot guarantee the specific results or outcome of the PR materials, classes, tips and press releases produced by using the WebPRpro process. Results, experiences and outcomes will vary.
